My experience with buyincoins.com

- You Get What You Pay For - this is what I thought. Well, I was wrong, it came a lot worse.
Have a look below. The item I ordered is a rearview cam for my car - the order was set 2013-05-12 and now (2013-07-05) there is still no delivery nor a refund.

Sorry to tell you that our system doen’t support resending process now, it will be easily lost if we make resending for you manually. Also this is not good for you, you can't get protection from ebay and Paypal if we resend. That's why we'd like to refund you rather than resend.

Ok, so please make a FULL refund, I am waiting several weeks and I dit not make a mistake. I really regret this, I will have to find a cam locally.

Polly, I already paid weeks ago, I have many troubles waiting and sending messages, I have no guarantee that you ever sent the cam and now you ask me to agree to a refund of 10 even though I paid $11.98 - this is very confusing: I paid immediately after setting the order, took the risk of late delivery and finally did not receive anything. I do not even know if you ever sent the cam.
If this is the way you are making business and if you think that this way you make happy customers I regret and have to quit making business with you.
So it is up to you - send me full refund and I set another order or send what you suggested and you will not here from me any more - instead I think about setting up a website that will explain how you are doing business. It will warn other customers, I am sure.
So NO, I do not agree to make a 20% donation to you.

You can check the shipping picture, we really sent your parcel out, we also hope you can get it soon, because we also have loss if you didn't get it, hope you can understand ,and we can get an agreement. We just keep little as shipping fee.

I know the photo, but it still is no guarantee that the item was sent, and I still have not received the cam. As I wrote in my last messgae it is up to you to decide, my position is clear, I will set up a website to warn other cuytomers and show your business behaviour. I will stop doing business with you and I will order from dealextreme.com instead.
So please go ahead and send my refund, or I will inform paypal.

So buyincouins.com, this is exactly NOT the way to go to have happy customers.
